Movielty respects the rights of copyright holders. We don't host any movies, TV shows, or video files ourselves. Our catalog data, artwork, and trailers come from public movie databases, and any playback is provided by third-party sources we don't own or control.

If you own the content

If you believe something linked or displayed on Movielty infringes your copyright, let us know and we'll act quickly. Please note that for content hosted on a third-party service, the fastest fix is to contact that host directly, since the file lives with them, not with us.

How to send a notice

Email us at movielty@atomicmail.io with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and include:

• Your name and contact details.
• A description of the work you say is being infringed.
• The exact Movielty link(s) you're reporting.
• A statement that you believe, in good faith, the use isn't authorized by the owner, their agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Once we receive a complete, valid notice, we'll review it and remove or disable the reported link where appropriate. We may also pass the notice along to the relevant third-party host.

False claims

Please only send a notice for content you genuinely own or are authorized to represent. Filing a knowingly false claim can carry legal consequences.
